Kim offers several different types of yoga classes with varying focuses.  An incredible fan of traditional hatha, she likes to incorporate traditional flow, posture work and a cool down before ending with meditation. With each pose, Kim lets students know exactly what they’re working on—be it a specific organ, muscle or breath.

Kim also offers restorative yoga with bolsters, allowing for greater support and deep releases. If you’re looking to focus more on your mindfulness with relaxation, give our meditation classes a try with certified hypnotherapist Jenn Goble.
